hi, this is my first topic..and the reason is my future 4 crested baby... Grin
they will arrive next week and have 1 month.. for the first period (4-5 months) i prefer put everyone in a separate cage..
i buy4 plastic box (13x8x10h)
what do you think about? they need something moore than this?

I would maybe put a smaller water bowl in but everything else loogs great.? Probably wont need the plastic hide.? I used  one long ago and they never used it.? They will rather hide in the plant? Wink

ill agree with the smaller water bowl.
hell, ive never even seen mine use the water bowl, but its there just in case

i agree they probably wont use the hide as well....except,  my little ones likes to use it when they shed. so it couldnt hurt to keep it for now

I wouldn't rely too heavily on the strip thermometers and dial humidity gauges. They're notorious for being quite innacurate. Also, since the lids aren't shown, I'll have to assume that you have a large screen insert. Without that, proper ventilation will be difficult and humidity issues could arise.

They look fine,  but I agree, all the bowls should be shallower.  Is that correct,,,,,*shalllower*....oh, well.  Good luck with your new babies.

for close the box i have the normal plastic cover..but i prefer cut the plastic and put a piece of insect screening for have a good ventilation and for mainteined a good humidity..
whst do you think about?

Yes, if you put insect screening in the cover, it should allow enough air circulation. Just be sure that the cage has a chance to dry out between mistings.

yea you will definately need some ventilation and the insect screening would probably be your best bet
