Here is my calculations
Aprox Females = 108
2 eggs per month
Live birth rate = 95.4%
5% one egg layers

females   Eggs   1 eggers 5   Live birth rate
108   216   5%   0.953703704
   206   5.4   
   -6      
   200   100   
   400      
   
Add one for good luck and you get 401 Grin

I can't be sure how many he has but based on his reply to the forum question:
