I just purchased a Rebel XSI. We'll see how it goes. I have access to an EOS-1 and all kinds of lenses so it should be fun.

Hi,

Nikon user here,

Currently I use a Nikon D300 - together with Nikon, Tamron and Sigma lenses - 4 flashes and some more Smiley

I own a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-N2 10.1 megapixels.

It is new to me and I'm still learning it, but in time I think it will take some pictures that could be as good as any SLR. I like this camera and it is feature rich. 3" touch screen, Stylus pen (to draw on your pictures and select what you want to focus on), among many other features. As far as point and shoot, this has got to be one of the best.

Well, I don't know about that. Sony's are nice, but they don't have as good picture quality as canons, or even nikon's.  It's more because of the glass they use, and the fact that they aren't quite as high in technology as canon's and Nikons.  Canon's have the best glass, and this translates to better color/less noise.

Can't say I agree in this though Smiley

I currently use a Cannon Rebel XTi. Almost time to invest in a new lens, I've been using the kit lens and a 30mm since I've owned it.

I'm using an XT, and have been using the kit lens since I got it....I hear 'ya on upgrading your lens!  I'm going to look for a macro lens for Christmas, I think.

Rebel XSI here! I am in the markey for a new lens too, but I think I'm going to go telephoto before macro or wide angle
