I have been planning on putting together a few groups of bearded dragons and started looking a few weeks ago.  A local friend that helps run our reptile show told me about a guy that was trying to get rid of some he bought a few months ago from a really good breeder.  The only thing wrong with them is they had their tails nipped as babies and the big one is missing two toes.
I went to look at them today, was suppose to be 1.2 but I ended up getting 0.3 for $100 Shocked  The breeder sells these as babies for $125 each so I was very happy to add them to my collection.

Here they are.  They get a lot brighter than they are now.

Wow you got some awesome colored ones! Ya, I'm not up on the morphs or any thing with the beardies.

I have them on a peat moss & sand mixture.  In the picture it's just the foam piece of an exo terra terrarium.  I use that for my pictures

I use play sand. It clumps easily. Besides, I've read that it's best.

In my opinion you don't want to use anything that clumps easily. It will clump in the bowels of the dragon if ingested, and cause impactions. The best thing that I recommend is ceramic tile. Easy to clean, safe, looks nice, you only buy it once (while substrate like sand you have to replace), and it most closely resembles their environment on hard packed clay in the wild. I have a great forum full of experienced breeders and keepers that really know their stuff. If you want it PM me.

When I say that it clumps easily, I mean that it easier to clean up feces.

I know, but that means it clumps when moist, so when ingested it will clump in the stomach and bowels, causing an impaction.

Those are some really fine looking ones, especially the last one. You got an excellent deal on them. I'm breeding beardeds this year and am hoping to have some babies of my own in a few months. Smiley
