I have my 3 month old crestie on paper towel substrate and mist the cage twice daily. I've noticed that the sides of the tank dry completely between mistings but the paper towel does not; it is still damp by the next time I spray. Does this mean there is too much humidity? If so is there something I can do to remedy that? I've been reading that they need to cycle between dry and humid, so want to make sure I don't cause any problems. I would appreciate any thoughts.

I would mist more lightly, but bump it up to 3 very light mistings.
