I just noticed, in the top photo, he looks like he has tiny extra toes coming off his outermost toes.

Yea you use a loupe to look for pores, only males have them.  Its kinda hard to do wen you dont know what your looking for, but there are lots of good examples online.  And i started by looking at adult males, where the pores are very easy to spot, to learn what to look for, then moved down to smaller and smaller geckos, where the pores get harder and harder to see.


As for the extra toes, for some reason an extra toe on the back feet is something were starting to see popping up in alot of different breeding stocks, and as far as i know no one is completely sure why....

it's probablly a result of all the line breeding and small original stock... eventually everything mutates
